Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sureel AI (“we”, “us”), the company behind Radveo (radveo.com). By using Radveo, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them as plain as we can.

What Radveo does

Radveois a done-for-you service that audits your online presence and works to improve your rankings on Google — including your website, Google Business Profile, posts, reviews, and listing details. We do the technical work so you don't have to.

No guarantee of specific rankings

Search rankings are controlled by Google and other platforms, not by us. We use white-hat, Google-approved methods and work hard on your behalf, but we cannot promise a specific position, amount of traffic, number of calls, or revenue. Anyone who guarantees a “#1 spot” isn't being honest with you.

Your account and your responsibilities

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You confirm you own, or are authorized to manage, the website and Google Business Profile you connect to Radveo.
• You agree to give us accurate information and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• You agree to follow Google's policies and terms for any profile or listing we help you manage.

Connecting Google

If you connect your Google account, you authorize us to access and act on the limited data described in our How we access your Google account page. You can disconnect at any time, as described there.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Authorize.Net, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change our prices going forward; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change applies to you.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your business's content. By using the service, you grant us permission to use, analyze, and publish that content as needed to provide the service (for example, posting updates or replying to reviews on your behalf). The Radveo software and brand are ours, and you may not copy or resell them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Radveo to break the law, to spam, to post false or misleading content, to manipulate reviews dishonestly, or to interfere with our systems. We may suspend or end accounts that do.

Service availability

We work to keep Radveorunning smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Radveo and Sureel AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Radveo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. When the agreement ends, the sections that should reasonably survive (such as payment owed, intellectual property, and liability) continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Radveo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
